Scientists, as part of a study published in the Journal of Science and Medicine, thought of more than a dozen previous scientific article, including approximately 6,000 long -distance runners. It turned out that the amount of fat consumed may affect the risk of a person’s injury.

Injured runners also consumed 3 g fiber a day, less than those who were injured.
