The daily call rate decreased from R$1.49 to R$1.29, while the monthly rate fell from R$29.70 to R$25.80. The 100GB plan continues to give users R$100 cashback. Unlimited app nights that alternate between apps have also been reduced. Netflix and YouTube cost R$2.69 per day and R$26.90 per month.

Spotify, Facebook + Instagram and TikTok cost BRL 1.79 with a monthly fee of 17.90 BRL. Twitter now costs R$1.29 per day and R$12.90 per month. WhatsApp, Tinder, Pinterest and Moovit + Waze each cost R$0.89 per day and R$8.90 per month.

However, Vivo emphasizes that services that do not qualify as telecommunications remain with old values. One of them is the international roaming service, for example. Customers can ask questions by calling *8486 from their mobile phones through the operator’s Call Center. Speech and hearing impaired people can contact 142.
