To make this decision, the company gave registered users until the end of the year to prevent the email from being deleted by logging into any ‘app’ such as Drive or Gmail.
“From the end of this year If a Google account has not been used or logged in for two years, we may delete it and its contents, Including data in “Google Workspace” (Gmail, Docs, Drive, Meet, Calendar) and “Google Photos,” the company said in a statement.
Six months later, this announcement will become reality. Starting Friday, December 1, the company will delete all accounts that do not submit any usage records. within the last two years or more.
