But the question is that ‘el capi’, as Castañeda calls it, is part of one of the mafia that inhabited that entity..

“One side hires protection schemes and drug trafficking, and the other escorts reputable businessmen and officials. They are not part of the threatened population,” an investigator told EL TIEMPO.

Have Castañeda admitted to renting security plans to UNP director Augusto Rodríguez. In fact, he was caught in a van allocated to Ronald Rozo, a former UNP official.

But what Rodríguez skipped in his confirmed confession to the prosecution was that he was carrying cocaine.

Castañeda, a native of Villavicencio, was already on target. He is known to rent luxury cars to transport artists. But everything shows that It wasn’t the first time he’d carried drugs for a network that used the 727 stamp on the cocaine he extracted from Cauca.

TIME has spoken A spokesperson for Toyota’s owner, Blinsecurity, used to haul drugs and began by warning that this was one of 600 vans he had rented from UNP. He also does not know who was assigned: “We are the ones affected. The car will be detained and the loss of profit will not be accepted by UNP”.

This newspaper was written by one of his employees —Jhon Manuel León Delgadillo was the one who gave Castañeda a rental BMW in 2018.

León, the link between Blinsecurity and UNP, said he was suing himself for not returning the BMW.: “I trusted your goodwill. I was able to recover the vehicle and I am no longer connected to it.”

on his behalf Wilson Devia, a former member of the DAS and president of one of the UNP unions, denied Castañeda’s accusations.which would accuse him of hiring illegal security plans.

I am not authorized to allocate UNP tools. In the leaked audio recording, I was talking to Castañeda about a job for custom trucks. that I was doing him a favor by hiring an artist. And he still owes me,” Devia said.

And he added that the vehicles will be put into rental companies, not UNP. “He (Castañeda) received over 37 complaints about renting a van and then selling it, something similar happened with BMW.”

According to the unionist, cHe met with Castañeda through a UNP bodyguard who was part of the union and assured him that the detainee never worked with the organization and that there was no car rental company.but an organization firm accompanied by his wife, to whom he even made a bid for the governorship.

I have never loaned or rented a car from UNP because I am not interested in that issue, drug seized vehicles are part of UNP and I condemn it.” he pointed.
