As if the good news wasn’t enough, Netflix also announced the title of the project. Tom Clancy’s Splinter Cell: Deathwatch will be on subscription with the scriptwriter John WickDerek Kolstad. This confirms that the platform intends to turn this story into another of its successful franchises. The animation will focus directly on the video universe. In addition, the iconic Sam Fisher will be voiced by Liev Schreiber.
In fact, the trailer shows the character in bloody clothes and his iconic appearance, something that suggests Netflix’s intentions are to bring back the best of the aesthetics and storytelling that made one of the most acclaimed games of the last few decades.
