Several Microsoft services recorded an instability this Monday morning (05). According to users, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Store, Microsoft Teams and Outlook are among the failed services.
Down Detector points out that complaints began to increase around 11:30 a.m. (Brazil time). The site also indicates that OneDrive and Excel are among the problematic software.
Microsoft’s service status page points to flaws. “We have problems, but we are working on it,” the statement said. At the time of this writing, only Outlook and Teams had negative status.
Many people on social networks (including people outside of Brazil, which indicates that the problem is global) complained and said they could not access any of Microsoft’s services. Check out the reflections of the story below:
