The Yakut Under Supervision startup, a graduate of the B8 accelerator and a resident of the Yakutia technology park, entered the St.
By the end of 2023, the company plans to attract at least 500 nannies and at least 5,000 parents to the service in St. Petersburg. Investments to enter the market of the northern capital amounted to 250 thousand rubles – this is the cost of marketing.
The startup was launched in December 2022, its founders are Nikolai and Violetta Nikitin, Sergey and Tatyana Stepanov, Robert and Olga Yadreev. Until the summer of 2023, Under Supervision offered its solution mainly to residents of Siberia. According to their own data, more than 7 thousand people already use the application.
The startup’s goal is to completely digitize the experience of finding nannies and to “reduce the anxiety” that comes with finding a specialist online. Parents will then be able to use the online monitoring option, which allows them to request a video feed via the nanny’s smartphone and monitor the specialist and child without using third-party chat services.
Among the differences with other services:
- An opportunity for babysitters to choose convenient orders for them, to offer their price based on the distance of the address.
- Lack of service subscriptions for performers. The company charges a service fee only on each completed order.
- The nannies have technical, organizational and legal support.
