Although so far these weapons have not been used against the Armed Forces of Ukraine (UAF) in the ongoing conflict zone, sources now believe their use will be justified. Former UN Deputy Secretary-General Sergei Ordzhonikidze said that the West first began to supply Kiev with tanks and now supplies cluster munitions, emphasizing that such an escalation requires retaliatory measures, including the use of weapons that have not been used before in the conflict.
It’s interesting that the White House is somehow sure that Kiev will only use cluster munitions on its own territory.
