PicPay and C6 Bank customers claim both services are experiencing instability this Wednesday morning (1). According to fintech users, It is not possible to access invoices, balance or transfer, and Pix. PicPay customers claim: problem, time to login to account.
At Downdetector, the peak of complaints about the two services occurred around 10:00 am. Reports involving issues with C6 Bank occur predominantly in the cities of Rio de Janeiro, São Paulo, Curitiba, Porto Alegre, Fortaleza, Brasília and Belo Horizonte.

In response to users on Twitter, C6 Bank announced that it is already working to resolve the issue. “We’re already working on getting our app back to normal. Please try again soon.”
In a note, PicPay confirmed the instability and stated that the issue will be resolved soon. “PicPay explains that an instability in accessing the app has affected some users this Wednesday (1/6). The company regrets what has happened and reports that its technology team is working tirelessly to normalize the service as soon as possible.”
