Astra Group acquired 26% of site developer GitFlic Resolut, with the intention of bringing the stake to control. By the end of the year, the company will introduce an analogue of foreign GitLab, GitHub and BitBucket.

The amount of the transaction is not disclosed. The director of AFI Capital, Alexey Gorislavets, believes that it may be about 5 million rubles and, if control is achieved, 10 million rubles.

Another interlocutor of the publication added that the purpose of the transaction was “the purchase of a development team”, and 51% of “Resolute” is estimated at 50-70 million rubles.

  • In June, the Ministry of Digital Development approved the list of participants in the experiment to create a “Russian GitHub”, a national repository for open source software. The list includes 82 participants, while neither Yandex, nor VK, nor Kaspersky Lab are included in the list. The experiment itself has been carried out since March. The Ministry of Digital Development proposed to spend 1.3 billion rubles on the repository.
