World-renowned architecture firm Zaha Hadid Architects (Zha) has set its sights on its hefty design space. The Oneiric catamaran is set to become the shipyard’s green technology regulator and drive exceptional energy in day-long boat trips. Oneiric is 44m long and will be constructed primarily from aluminium. Its appearance is far removed from the original ZHA superyacht designs and features sleek, flowing lines that subtly echo the firm’s architectural designs.

Oneiric solar technology is impressive. Three levels of panels The AI Control Center monitors power consumption and battery status, monitors environmental observations and recommends the most gentle navigation mode.

In short sailings within Oneiric daylight hours, Sosobelin Ursirova sets 100% of the time completely on the sun. During multi-day transatlantic crossings, the yacht can go on electricity up to 70% of the time, emitting a total of 40 tons of CO2 less than a conventional vessel. Solar panels should constantly charge the battery during daylight hours when the yacht is not in use.

Oneiric remains a concept for now, but Rossinavi would be happy to bring it to life if the project has it. So far there is no word about mandatory, but it is obvious that a catamaran hit from ZHA will not cheap.
