There are 3 small and 3 major changes in the iPhone 15 and 15 Pro compared to last year’s models. The minor ones include the design (pastel shades), rounder edges, and the “Dynamic Island” cut. Now you can, for example, watch the arrival time of the plane (which will be the location of the cutoff) and watch videos on YouTube at the same time.

Other changes include increasing the screen brightness to 2000 nits, new ultra-wide range (it will be easier to find lost things, navigate in space, etc.).

Apple has finally placed a larger lens on the camera front as the primary sensor. It now has a resolution of 48 megapixels instead of 12 megapixels. In addition, iPhone 15 and 15 Pro can now take photos at 2x zoom. Additionally, when taking photos on the iPhone 15, the smartphone can now automatically capture depth information. So you no longer have to think about which mode you should take photos in. Another important change is the switch from the Lightning connector to USB-C; The Pro version has USB 3 (about 20 times faster data transfer speed than Lightning).

The last major change to the base iPhone 15 and 15 Pro is the chip. The fastest chip that won’t cause performance issues is the 15 Pro, and that’s the A17.

iPhone 15 Pro has 6 important features. Firstly, when creating the screen of the Pro version, a completely new technology was used, which made it possible to reduce the size of the smartphone. At the same time, the phone became thicker as the battery size increased. You can now use the action button (the top button on the right side of the iPhone, replacing the mute switch) to launch the camera or perform another action.

Apple has changed the body material of the 15 Pro: it is now made of titanium alloy. And thanks to this, the phone became even more powerful.

iPhone 15 Pro has improved ultra-wide (12 megapixels) and main camera (48 megapixels). Apple representatives also stated that they were able to solve the glare problem during shooting. Additionally, the 15 Pro offers 3x zoom in portrait mode and another with 5x zoom. You’ll also be able to record spatial video: immersive 3D videos that can be watched using the Apple Vision Pro headset.
