Avito Real Estate launched online booking of houses and cabins for short-term rental

Owners will only have to pay for the first placement of an ad, then renewal will be free and they will only have to pay a 15% commission for the reservation. The service is available for use starting September 14.

Homeowners can also complete a video inspection and receive a Verified Home badge. This will increase the confidence of those who wish to rent a house. Verification takes up to two days.

The guest must select the accommodation dates, submit a reservation request and, upon confirmation from the owner, make an advance payment of 30% of the cost. The property owner will receive the money only after the guest check-in, the rest is paid at the time of check-in.
