This defect caused great concern among the public, especially considering that the new smartphone became its “victim” very soon after the start of sales.

Some users have expressed concerns, suggesting that the problem may be caused by poor screen quality or software bugs.

In response, Apple said that if you experience problems with the iPhone 15 Pro screen, you can contact an official service center for diagnosis.

If it is determined that the problem is hardware, the company will provide the appropriate solution. Additionally, Apple emphasized that OLED displays, due to their nature, may show signs of pixel burn-in over time, which is common in such displays.

It’s important to note that Apple has also clarified that if the issue is software-related, it will be resolved in future updates. If this is a defect caused by the device itself, it can be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the date of purchase.
