In the third quarter of 2023, Lada Granta, Lada Vesta, Toyota Camry, Hyundai Solaris and Geely Monjaro were the best-selling used car models less than three years old. This follows from the data of analysts of the Avito Auto service, RB.RU learned the results.
During the analyzed quarter, the share of “three-year-old cars” accounted for 11.5% of total sales of used cars in Russia. On average, these cars cost about 2.5 million rubles.
In the third quarter of 2023, the average cost of a used car in Russia increased by 39% in annual terms and reached 640 thousand rubles. Sales of this type of car have increased by 14.2% since mid-summer compared to the same period last year.
Used car sales grow quarter by quarter. Noticeable growth is observed in the price segments from 1.5 to 3 million rubles and from 3 million rubles – 81.8% and 80.6%, respectively.
