Now MTS tariffs are calculated taking into account individual traffic consumption by different devices. But if smartphone users regularly distribute Internet on computers, this will lead to an increase in traffic and tariff prices.

At the same time, as the operator notes, regular subscribers will pay for those users who actively distribute the Internet.

MTS ensures the preservation of unlimited distribution against the presence of the Internet. The lack of caps for individual users who use the mobile network for torrenting and streaming results in a groundbreaking reduction in call quality for most subscribers.

Current mobile communications tariffs are designed for individual traffic consumption by smartphones and mobile devices. For laptops and desktop computers, a different line of tariffs is provided, since devices of this class consume many times more traffic per unit of time.

Equalizing the cost of traffic for all categories of devices leads to the fact that operators will significantly increase the cost of traffic for all tariffs, thus, ordinary subscribers with smartphones will actually pay for subscribers who actively distribute traffic.
