On November 24, Yandex registered Advertising Services LLC, as follows from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities.
The company registered 12 types of activities, including “Computer software development”, “Data processing activities, provision of information placement services”, “Market studies and public opinion studies”.
The general director of the new LLC was the director of Yandex Verticals, Pavel Aleshin, who owns 51% of the legal entity. The remaining 49% is owned directly by Yandex.
