MTS has started pre-ordering new Samsung smartphones. The first owner of the device in Russia was a resident of Moscow: he received the S24 Ultra model. The presentation of the flagship line of Samsung smartphones took place on January 17.
MTS has started issuing Samsung pre-orders for the new S24 line to customers. According to the company, it was the first in the world to start pre-ordering Samsung’s flagship smartphones for customers.
The first owner of the Galaxy S24 in Russia was a resident of Moscow and will receive an Ultra model smartphone with 12 GB of RAM and 512 GB of physical memory.
Pre-orders for the Samsung Galaxy S24 will last on MTS until February 13.
“Starting today, all customers who have already placed or are going to place pre-orders before the end of this date will be able to receive new items,” said Alexey Pomozov, commercial director of the MTS retail network.
The Ultra smartphone model accounted for 75% of pre-orders, 17% for the S24 and 8% for the S24+. The number of pre-orders for the S24 was 22% higher than that of the previous line of Samsung smartphones.
Samsung introduced the Galaxy S24 on January 17. A distinctive feature of the new line of smartphones is the introduced artificial intelligence.
