The demand for purchasing commercial premises at the end of December 2023 decreased by 5% year-on-year, and that for rent – by 8%, Avito Real Estate specialists analyzed the market situation. RB.RU learned the results.
So far, the decline in buyer activity is most clearly visible in regional markets. In Moscow, according to the study, demand for commercial space decreased by 2% year-on-year, in St. Petersburg the gap reached 19%, in Tula and Ryazan – 37%, in Krasnoyarsk – 32%.
Purchase prices for commercial premises in terms of square meters during the year on average throughout the country increased by 12%, to 181 thousand rubles per 1 m2. m, or 23.5 million rubles per object.
Demand for rental spaces in December decreased 8% year-on-year. The most notable drop in demand is observed in Voronezh and Ryazan. In Moscow and Saint Petersburg the drop was 15%.
