Employees at two Wildberries warehouses complained to the prosecutor’s office about their working conditions. The photos of the statement were published by the Baza Telegram channel.
Workers at the Koledino (signed by 197 people) and Synkovo (signed by 74 people) warehouses submitted a collective statement. According to them, the company systematically violates their rights.
Thus, according to the channel, employees’ money is periodically withheld for “implausible reasons.” The fine amount appears immediately on a special application for employees and is deducted from their shift earnings. If the balance is empty, the debt accumulates and needs to be paid off.
Employees claim that deductions sometimes reach hundreds of thousands of rubles and that they have to work for free for several months.
Another complaint concerns the control before and after the end of the shift: workers have to strip to their underwear, hold the clothes in their hands and put their finger to identify the fingerprint. It is reported that this procedure cannot be abandoned.
RB.RU sent a request to the Wildberries press service.
