RoboCop: Rogue City was running on Epic graphics settings and DLSS Off. The average frame rate for this game was 35fps and 84fps (with RTX 2080 S and 4080 S respectively).
A Plague Tale Requiem tested with ultra graphics, RT On, DLSS Off. Average performance in this game was 21 fps (RTX 2080 S) and 90 fps (RTX 4080 S).
Ratchet & Clank Rift Apart was released with Very High, RT Very High, DLSS Off graphics. The average frame rate in this game was 22 fps (2080 S) and 85 fps (4080 S).
In Immortals of Aveum with Ultra graphics and DLSS Off, the average frame rate was 34fps and 84fps (with RTX 2080 S and 4080 S respectively).
The average FPS difference between the RTX 2080 S and 4080 S across all games overall was 179% (34fps and 95fps respectively).
