The taxi-ordering service Gett has liquidated the Russian legal entity GetTaxi Rus LLC, as follows from the data of the Kontur.Focus system.
The changes to the company card were registered on February 7, 2024.
The sole owner of the company, Cypriot Dooboo Holding Ltd (its parent company is GT Gettaxi Ltd), decided to liquidate the LLC in April 2023.
The management of the parent company decided to cease the operational activities of GetTaxi Rus LLC in March 2022, which ended at the end of May of the same year.
As of June 1, 2023, the company stopped supporting and ensuring the operation of the mobile application for drivers in the Russian Federation.
As previously reported, Russia contributed about 17% of the company’s gross profit.
