However, neither Apple’s system status webpage nor Chase’s official channels have provided further details on the nature of the problem or the estimated timeline for resolution (as of this writing).

Nilay Patel’s attempt to contact Apple for clarification went unanswered, leaving users facing “inconvenience and uncertainty”.
