Alfa Bank will create its own mobile operator. The bank has created a separate organization for this purpose. Previously, other large banks did the same: Sberbank, Tinkoff Bank, VTB, Gazprombank have operators.
Alfa Bank created the legal entity Alfa Mobile LLC. This is demonstrated by the data from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities.
The sole founder of Alfa-mobile LLC is the Alfa-Bank joint stock company. Andrei Litvinov was appointed general director of the new company.
“The bank plans to offer its customers mobile communication services under the Alfa-Mobile brand in the second half of 2024,” Interfax writes with reference to Alfa-Bank’s press service.
Other large banks already have their own mobile operators, for example, Sberbank, VTB, Gazprombank, Tinkoff Bank.
