The companies signed an agreement in the winter of 2019. The billing system has already been integrated into the operator’s overall IT landscape, based on its own developments.

Amdocs did not announce its withdrawal from the Russian market after the start of the special operation. In the spring of 2022, representatives of the company declared that they were complying with sanctions against Russia and suspended new sales of its products and services in the Russian Federation.

According to ComNews group director Leonid Konik, a top-level billing system for 40 to 50 million subscribers costs between $300 and $400 million. In 2022, the revenue of the Russian subsidiary of Amdocs LLC Amdox Solutions LTD amounted to 4.7 billion rubles, and the net profit – to 801.7 million rubles.
