Raven Russia decided to sell several business centers and warehouses in Moscow and St. Petersburg.

In Saint Petersburg, buyers are being sought for the Primium and Kellerman business centers. In addition, the company intends to sell the Pulkovo warehouse complex.

As Raven Russia explained, the company will focus on the construction of new warehouses for tenants in projects where there is land for the construction of buildings. To this end, it is planned to sell complementary assets.

“The company is conducting a series of negotiations, but those decisions are made carefully and require in-depth analysis,” the company said.

Raven Russia was created in 2005 by British entrepreneurs Anton Bilton and Glyn Hirsch to invest in real estate in Russia. In 2022, the company’s board of directors approved the transfer of the business to the Cypriot company Prestino Investments.
