The third failure in the last month occurred in the Telegram messenger. This is demonstrated by the complaints received from users who register services to monitor the correct functioning of Internet resources.
Most of the complaints come from users from Moscow and St. Petersburg. They refer to the inability to send and receive messages on Telegram, as well as the fact that the messaging application is frozen.
Telegram has fallen for the third time in the last month. On February 27, the bug affected not only Telegram, but also YouTube, VKontakte and other services.
On February 18, Telegram experienced a global outage: problems with access to Messenger were observed among users around the world.
