State Duma Chairman Vyacheslav Volodin on his personal Telegram channel reminded companies of what legislative innovations will come into force on July 1, 2022.
He drew the special attention of entrepreneurs to three innovations:
- First of all, small businesses (small businesses registered for the first time and individual entrepreneurs) will be able to use the new experimental tax regime AUTS (Automated System of Simplified Taxation), developed jointly with the project's partner banks. Participants in the experiment will not pay insurance premiums, but the tests will last until December 31, 2027 in four regions (Moscow, Moscow Region, Tatarstan and Kaluga Region).
- Second, tour guides and guides will now be required to undergo mandatory certification. Also, only citizens of the Russian Federation will be able to officially work in Russia in this direction.
- Third, several new biosafety provisions are coming into force: organizations will now be required to notify the relevant authorities of upcoming research in this area.
