Some minority participants in the developer of services for the recyclable materials market “Ubirator” increased their shares in the company, according to data from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities. Dmitry Levshin, Grigory Terentyev and Andrey Andrusov entered the project in February 2024. Previously, Ubirator founder Nikita Nikishkin reported that in 2023 the company underwent a “reassembly of its business model.”

As follows from the data of the Kontur.Focus service, on April 10, 2024, Dmitry Levshin’s share in Ubirator LLC increased from 2.2% to 3.08%, Andrey Andrusov’s share – from 0.75% to 1.06%, and Grigory Terentyev increased his equity stake from 0.34% to 0.48%.
At the same time, the share of co-founder Sergei Kalitov decreased from 3.24% to 1.9%. Ubirator declined to comment on the deal.
These individuals became members of Ubirator LLC on February 2, 2024. The then-founder, Nikita Nikishkin, confirmed that the company had closed a financing round, but did not disclose the terms of the deal. In addition to Levshin, Terentyev and Andrusov, the management company ST Capital also received a 10% stake in the project.
Currently, Ubirator LLC has more than 20 members. The largest shares are held by Nikita Nikishkin (20.4%) and Tiltech JSC (20.1%). Nikishkin’s share is committed to the Moscow Venture Investment Development Fund.
Last summer, private businessman Vladimir Khristenko sold 0.55% of Ubirator. He owned 0.55% of the project.
Ubirator was founded in 2018 by Nikita Nikishkin, Sergey Kalitov and Alexey Khatskevich. The company operates in 40 regions of Russia, its clients include Vkusville, Hoff, Sportmaster, Magnit.
