The name of the service is Appicenter. A representative of Kaspersky Lab announced that Appicenter will include both Russian and foreign developments. The service will consist of two “parts”: an application catalog and a web portal for developers.
As Lukiyan noted, companies will be able to upload applications to the Appicenter catalog for further distribution, and the web portal will allow developers to upload their solutions to the platform, passing mandatory verification.
“In every region, in every country, there are always local manufacturers, and therefore we cannot do without international collaborations and the inclusion of international applications in our catalog,” said Dmitry Lukiyan regarding foreign applications in Appicenter.
