The head of the enterprise also talked about preparations for the launch of the Angara-1.2 light rocket from the Vostochny cosmodrome. According to him, this will make it possible to create and update satellite constellations.

It was previously known that the first launch of Angara-A5M will take place in 2027. This event will be combined with the testing of a new Russian manned spacecraft.

The Angara-A5M will have more powerful engines than the previous version, allowing it to carry up to 27 tonnes of payload into orbit. This is 10 percent more than the Angara-A5.
