Denis Dobryakov, co-founder and CEO of the Eggheads market sales analysis service, which allows you to monitor competing products, increased his stake in the project’s Russian legal entity, Eggheads LLC, by 9.2%, to 66.24%. At the same time, Sergei Mikhailenko, who owned a similar stake, left the authorized capital. The documents for registration of changes were submitted on May 6, according to data from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities.
Mikhailenko first became a member of the LLC founded in 2020 two years ago, on the eve of the rapid growth of the service. At the end of 2023, Eggheads’ revenue increased 1.9 times to 683.2 million rubles, and net profit increased by 6% to 98 million rubles. Throughout the year, the company expanded its activities, doubling the number of full-time employees to 258 people.

It is possible that Mikhailenko left the company through the MBO mechanism, when the management has the opportunity to buy out the participation of previously included participants. The expert did not rule out that the purchase of the share from a minority shareholder on favorable terms occurred within the framework of the preparation of a large round.
