It would be logical to add weekends to the total number of days, because vacation pay will cover them. The details were reported on the State Duma’s Telegram channel. You can get not only financial benefits during your vacation, but also extend your long-awaited vacation.

“To get more money, include weekends in your vacations. Weekend holidays are paid, but not salaries,” the State Duma said.

If you take a vacation and add it to the weekend, you will have more time to relax. There is also an advantage when the holidays fall on vacation: you can also relax more.

You can even get more money per month while you’re on vacation. If, for example, you receive 50 thousand rubles a month, then if you go on vacation on July 15, you will be able to get an increase in income.

The scheme is as follows: vacations are taken in the middle of the month for two weeks. The cost of one day of vacation in this case is 1,706 rubles (the salary must be divided by the number of days in the month). And since there are 23 working days in July, the “cost of one” is 2174 rubles. Then the accounting department will calculate 10 working days and 14 days of vacation and it will be 52,146 rubles, which is more than your salary.
