Russian programmers have developed a game called “The First Hero”, which is an analogue of the famous Diablo series. It belongs to the role-playing adventure genre, where players will develop their characters by acquiring the skills of Slavic gods. Experts believe that the idea of \u200b\u200bthe game is interesting, but they warn developers against direct comparison with the American project. The release is expected in mid-2025.
The play “The First Hero” was created at the Southern Federal University. It is the domestic version of the cult Diablo series. A demo version of the game is already available with several levels built in the Unity engine. Project manager SFU student Artyom Medvedev said the full release is planned for 2025.
The plot of the game is about the main character, the First Hero. During the game, players will explore the world, complete quests and participate in battles. It is not only entertaining but also educational, allowing players to learn about ancient Slavic myths and culture. The project is implemented with 2D graphics and targets young people aged 13 to 18.
