The startup Meditronika, which produces prosthetic legs, raised 39 million rubles in exchange for 15% of the shares. A Zapusk.tech representative told RB.RU. Meditronika’s valuation based on the results of the round was 260 million rubles.
The investment round was carried out on the crowdinvesting platform Zapusk.tech. Applications for 49 million rubles were submitted; each investor could buy the shares. As a result, the startup issued more than 17.6 thousand shares at a price of 2,226 rubles.
Meditronica was founded by Alexey Sobchenko in 2019. The startup produces prosthetic legs using a 3D printer. The assembly is carried out according to a modular system; In the event of a breakdown, only the broken part is replaced. The production volume of Meditronics prostheses is up to 20 pieces per month.
In 2022, Meditronica raised 5 million rubles from a private investor in exchange for 20% of the company.
