According to the study, only 19% of employees in Russian companies come to management with initiatives to improve their work process. In 69% of cases, these ideas arise very rarely, and 12% of respondents noted that their employees do not share their own decisions with management at all.

In those companies where employees share their ideas, in 76% of cases there are projects aimed at improving the work process. One in three initiatives is related to solutions of an entertaining nature, 28% of the ideas are educational in nature.

The main advantage of supporting employee initiatives was that 78% of business representatives noted an improvement in the work environment, 72% noted team unity, and approximately the same number noted increased employee motivation.

The study was conducted by the job search service “Rabota.ru” among 400 business representatives from all regions of Russia.
