Document flow automation service DocsInBox has launched an artificial intelligence product for item reconciliation. A representative of the company told RB.RU.
The AI service is based on an NLP language model that analyzes a set of items in a restaurant, compares them with what the supplier sent and, based on this data, selects the most suitable items.
The product was trained on 30 million electronic invoices, 50 million government service documents and manual comparisons, the company reported.
According to the test results, the accountant’s labor costs when using the service were reduced by 25%. For entrepreneurs, savings will be 1.5 to 2.4 million rubles per year, service analysts estimate.
The product itself is free and its functionality is included in DocsInBox’s regular commercial plans.
