iOS 18 has a new feature Voice commands.
With its help, you can replace any request to Siri at home. In this case, it is not necessary to contact Siri itself. You can, for example, tell your iPhone “What’s the weather outside?” and it will respond.
To enable this feature, you need to open the section Settings -> Accessibility -> Voice Commands. Click Add action and choose Siri. So you can, for example, replace “Hey Siri” with just “Siri”, “Jarvis” or whatever comes to mind. The voice assistant will be activated.
You can also directly contact Siri without having to call the voice assistant. To do this you need to select Request to Siri. Let me know which current team you’re interested in, and then let me know what you want to say yourself.
After this, the iPhone will immediately respond to your voice request.
