Rusagro has requested to withdraw the receipts from the LSE. Since March 2023, securities of a Russian company have not been traded on the London Stock Exchange. Rusagro will maintain its listing in Moscow and Astana.

Russian company Rusagro has announced the withdrawal of depositary receipts from the London Stock Exchange. The company has submitted a request to the UK financial regulator, Rusagro said in a statement.

Rusagro GDR’s listing on the LSE will be delisted from 25 July 2024. The company went public in 2011.

Rusagro’s securities will continue to be listed on the Moscow and Astana stock exchanges, the company clarified.
