Buyers complain about the poor assembly of both the headphones and the case; the ear cushions are easily torn, the case is “loose” – there is a large gap between the case and the lid.

According to many Galaxy Buds 3 Pro users, the earbuds have poor noise cancellation, poor backlighting, and different volume levels between the left and right earbuds.

Another unpleasant surprise is the hair that users find when unpacking the headset.

In South Korea, Samsung has restricted sales by offering customers replacement earbuds or refunds. The Buds 3 Pro were originally scheduled to go on sale worldwide on July 24, but given changes in availability, sales have been delayed by at least a month.

So while Samsung has updated the US release date to August 28, the retailer’s branches in the UK and Germany have reported that the Buds 3 Pro will go on sale from August 16. Amazon US has completely removed the Buds 3 Pro from its listing.
