“Umar Nazarovich Kremlev has become the new owner of the dealer holding. The new strategic investor will allow the company to maintain its unique corporate culture and expand the range of the company’s activities, focusing on increasing efficiency and attracting new partners and customers,” Rolf said in a statement.

The new owner has already announced the company’s intention to move to the federal level and believes that these changes will give a new impetus to development and allow it to increase its leading position.

Rolf also noted that the company will fully comply with all existing agreements and obligations with partners and customers.

In February, the assets of the Rolf car dealership were recovered in favour of the state. This decision was made by the St. Petersburg court at the request of the Prosecutor General’s Office. Since the end of 2023, Rolf’s shares have been under the temporary management of the Federal Property Management Agency.
