Educational holding Ultimate Education planned to raise 600 million rubles during its pre-IPO, investor applications began to be accepted on October 15. This was told by a stock market source to RBC Investments.

According to him, the placement is carried out on the investment platform of the registrar JSC NRK – ROST Alfa Investments acted as a capital raising agent. The press service of Alfa Investments RB.RU confirmed the information about the pre-IPO, but declined to comment further.
The pre-IPO is the last stage to attract investments before a company goes public. According to him, unqualified investors can purchase securities in the amount of up to 600,000 rubles per year, and qualified investors – without restrictions.
For the first time, the company’s CEO Pavel Moseikin announced in an interview with Kommersant that Ultimate Education planned to go public in 2026-2027. At the same time, the founder of the First Institute of Financial and Investment Technologies, Alexey Primak, estimated the ultimate education at 2 to 2.5 billion rubles.
The educational holding company was founded in 2020. The group includes Bang Bang Education, Fashion Factory, XYZ School, Psychodemia, MAED, Moscow Digital School and the International Institute of Integrative Nutrition.
According to Rusprofile, in 2023, the revenue of Ultimate Education LLC (legal entity of Ultimate Education) amounted to 15 million rubles and the net loss was 79 million rubles.
