T-Bank has launched a system to manage corporate expenses on business cards. This is the “first in Russia” service that allows you to automate the process of tracking employee expenses, from issuing cards to linking checks for accounting, the bank’s press service told RB.RU.

The company director will be able to issue a card to an employee in the personal account of the T-Business application, set spending limits and select purchase categories. There you can manage multiple cards, control limits and view all transaction history, the statement says.
Purchase receipts are automatically linked to transactions: 35% of them come from the Federal Tax Service; the rest, the function of scanning a QR code through the application is provided. This will allow employees to immediately download and manage receipts, and the accounting department will see them in the 1C system, the press service noted.
Thanks to the new system, employees will be able to pay with a business card and spend money directly from the company account, without having to request funds for the report each time, the bank added.
In August 2024, it launched an artificial intelligence service in a mobile application to evaluate all users’ income and expenses: “Finhealth”. With your help, customers will be able to change their approach to saving and spending, as well as improve their financial knowledge.
