The published comparison chart shows that the new Mac mini will be available in configurations with up to a 14-core processor and a 20-core GPU, promising significant performance gains.
Maximum RAM has been increased to 64GB, while the current Mac mini is limited to 32GB.
Storage will remain the same as the previous model, up to 8TB. Judging by the image on the front of the new Mac mini, there will be two USB-C ports that can support Thunderbolt 4, as well as a headphone jack.
The new design also has a smaller footprint, confirming rumors of a more compact form factor similar to the Apple TV.
