Davankov and Tkachev indicated that the measure would reduce the travel time of drivers by increasing efficiency in the use of road infrastructure, improve the capacity of highways, reduce congestion and contribute to the economic development of regions connected by roads.
The deputies asked Chernikov to instruct the relevant divisions of the traffic police to prepare changes related to increasing the maximum speed on the roads according to government decree No. 1090 of October 23, 1993 “On traffic rules “, and they will also present them to the Cabinet of Ministers.
