Complaints about the functioning of the credit institution began to arrive at approximately 9:30 Moscow time. The application, personal account and website did not work for users.
The peak of complaints occurred at 12:15 Moscow time. At that time, 233 users reported problems with the operation of MTS Bank. In addition, on the “Sboy.RF” portal the number of complaints was 173.
On the Downdetector.su website, the main problems reported were residents of St. Petersburg, Leningrad Region, Moscow, Moscow Region, Novosibirsk, Nizhny Novgorod and Yakutia regions.
