The new development is called “Virtual Crime Scene”. It helps to eliminate the influence of the human factor when testing students’ knowledge, which reduces the possibility of errors in real practice. As Renata Khasanova, student at RTU MIREA Institute of Cybersecurity and Digital Technologies, points out, similar systems on the market have limitations in terms of graphics and management. The created training area allows us to eliminate these deficiencies and makes training more comfortable and effective.
Incident scenarios for the test area are developed with the participation of existing law enforcement officers and university teachers. This helps create realistic and diverse situations that are difficult to replicate in a typical classroom setting. Ksenia Sheveleva, senior lecturer of the Legal Support Department of National Security, emphasized that the training field takes into account the current requirements of law enforcement agencies and meets modern educational standards.
