Messages about problems began to arrive after 18:30 Moscow time. Users noted problems with mobile communications and the Internet.
The peak of complaints to Downdetector.su occurred at 19:30 Moscow time. At that time, 651 users reported problems with MTS and network failures reached 2.75%. Most of the complaints on this site come from Udmurtia, Samara region, Crimea, Nizhny Novgorod region and Saratov region.
On “Sboy.RF” the number of complaints exceeded 1.6 thousand. On this portal, residents of Moscow, Krasnodar Territory, Bashkortostan, Khabarovsk Territory and St. Petersburg most often reported failures.

Previously, on December 10, Beeline subscribers also reported a failure. At 19:44 Moscow time, the number of complaints about the operation of the Internet and mobile communications of this operator on “Sboy.RF” exceeded 7.6 thousand.
