Messages about problems began to arrive after 9:00 Moscow time. Users noted problems with mobile communications and the Internet.
The peak of complaints about the operation of MTS on Downdetector.su occurred at 12:43 Moscow time, at which time 99 users reported a failure. At most, at 12:15 Moscow time, on “Sboi.RF” the number of problem reports reached 116.
In the last hour alone, more than 347 subscribers reported problems with the operator’s communication and Internet, and in the last 24 hours – more than 2.7 thousand.
Complaints about the failure came from residents of Moscow, the Krasnodar region, St. Petersburg, Bashkortostan, the Rostov region and other regions.
