Two days later, MSIL executives discovered that 11 of these tickets were used to fly from Mumbai to Dubai and three from Dubai to India. The remaining three tickets scheduled for flights from Delhi to Dubai were blocked.

MSIL administrative officer Ravikumar K gave the suspect’s contact details to the police, including mobile numbers and email address used for ticket booking.

Police are currently investigating the incident and seeking information about passengers traveling with stolen tickets.
